After successfully publishing your e-show, the Publication Complete dialog box will be displayed. Use this dialog to view your e-show, copy the location of your e-show, or delete your recorded media files.
Click Copy URL to create a copy of the listed location. Once you have a copy you can paste it into one of the following locations:
Click View Now to show your e-show in your default browser.
After publishing your e-show, you can delete the temporary media files that you recorded. Because recorded media files consume a lot of hard disk space, deleting your media files will free up that space. The amount of hard disk space that you will regain is listed on the dialog box.
If you delete these media files, you will still be able to edit the slides, record new media for any sections that you add later, and re-publish your e-show to a new location. You will not be able to re-record slides or edit the media file.
If you choose to keep the media files, you will be able to re-record slides and edit the media files but you may run low on hard disk space.
